This dichroic is a fabulous arrangement of squares that change color every 1 ½ inches down each strip on a sheet of black Effetre glass. The really cool thing about this small scale dichroic pattern is the fact that each square has a contrasting edge of color around it.
Dichroic on black works really well in a Hot Head Torch flame because the atmosphere of the flame doesn’t turn the dichroic crystals to ash. Because of this, you do not have to encase the dichroic crystals when making a bead.
