This color of dichroic is the truest red that you will find in the dichroic palette. That being said, there is still some orange overtones to all of the dichroic reds.
Working with dichroic on clear gives you the ability to apply dichroic to your bead and have the clear glass it is on become the encasement, thus protecting the dichroic crystals. The dichroic crystals should be applied facing the bead surface and away from the direct flame. |
