This color of dichroic is a bright red-orange and is very sparkly. This color looks great layered over different opaque glass colors, often producing shimmering lavenders when put over opaque blues.
Working with dichroic on clear gives you the ability to apply dichroic to your bead and have the clear glass it is on become the encasement, thus protecting the dichroic crystals. The dichroic crystals should be applied facing the bead surface and away from the direct flame. |
