This color is darker than regular Ivory and it develops fine brown swirls when heated in a torch flame. The reactive quality of this Ivory can be enhanced by rolling your hot gather of Dark Ivory in silver leaf or foil and melting it in, before you pull the gather out into a decorative stringer.
