This color is a soft opaque pink that can turn white to clear when super heated, but the pink can be pulled back up to the surface by cooling the glass to non-liquid state and then warming the surface of the glass in the back of the flame. This color does not have much problem with devitrification.
Caution: Do not super heat this color again once you have brought the pink tonality back to the surface. |
